Another Gnome 08-13-06, 05:25 AM	No. There are certain internet sources to FR-related material similar in appearance and function to the d20 System Reference Document, but said sources do not operate under the Open Game License and as such are essentially illegal. Even if the fair use clause on American copyright law was to apply (and I'm not saying it does) it would still be against the boards code of conduct to link to such material here.
