Is it just me and my computer or has WotC not updated the lore sections of the Forgotten realms website since the end of December/early January? I'm certainly not seeing anything new other than their notices for upcoming products.

The latest Previews hint at some stuff about classes in FR, by Eytan Bernstein, coming up in February.

It's not just you. As a HUGE Forgotten Realms fan I'm seeing WotC drop the ball. It's like they are letting the Realms fade into obscurity. Far too few FR books and supplements coming out when they do the combo of sourcebook and adventure is crammed together and works much poorer than if it were one or the other.

I'll assume that WotC staffers read these posts, and if so advise these staffers if you want my money you aren't going to get them with the treatment the realms is getting. I would like to see more game material released for the Realms and not by written by people who think that Blackstaff has a higher painting skill than arcane knowledge skill. Wake up WotC or lose my $$. I bet I'm not the only customer who is thinking this either.

THanks old sage I was just getting a little worried by the lack of action. If Ed is backed up I can wait. Whiel I may not like the direction some of the productrs for the realms have gone there is so much good stuff and so little time avaiable for me to be creating stuff (I'm well past the free time of HS & College) That I will be sticking with the realms for quite a while.

They're probably focusing their energy on the flavor of the week / current cash cow - Eberron...
