FR Chronology [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-03-07, 12:22 PM Hello FR community. I've been looking over the site the past few days and couldn't resist signing up to post a question. There is a wealth of information available here.

I've been playing for ~15 years now, off and on. I'll be running my first game as a DM this month. I always appreciated a DM who spent the time to immerse their players in the world, and would like to do the same for mine.

I'm looking for a Forgotten Realms chronology. In order to add flavor to the game I would like to give the players an idea of what's going on around them. A full realms chronology would be great if it exists, but I'm not sure that's the case. Does anyone have one for ~1350 to the current realms year, and future events? If it helps, the adventure I'm planning on running is Cormyr: Tearing of the Weave. Any information on Wheloon would be greatly appreciated.

The in-print one will have new lore, new dates, new vignettes into historical conundrums, an in-depth look at 'recent events' and other bonus features as well. It's going to be :cool:
