Pardon me if I am way off base, or have missed some critical news. I am new to this site and also recently gotten back into FR and D&D. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what appears to be a lack of FR content.

Is Wizards fading this out? I go to the local hobby store and 2 years ago there was tons of FR stuff. Now there is 1 adventure module and that is it.

On the main D&D page they talk about all the new products coming out and nothing is for FR.

Any thoughts?

Nevermind :) Sorry I asked such a stupid question. I am just now begging to read all there is on the proposed changes to the Realms...

Check the final few pages of the Grand History of the Realms, the online Dragon articles, and Rich Baker's Q&A thread.

Yeah, quite a few of the 3e FR books are "out of Print" now, or at least thats what the stores are telling me.

Seems no one wants to stock stuff for what will soon be a dead setting.

And before anyone starts with me, 3e FR IS a dead setting, because NO official material will be produced for it anymore.

The 4e setting is something new and different, and may very well be good for all I know, but it is NOT 3e FR, PERIOD.

The King is Dead... Long live the King? :thinks:
