Is there any way to decypher FR dates (the 16 of Myrtul, etc.) into universal time? 'Cause I really want to confuse everyone I know...

Umm, I'm not sure I understand what you need here. Am I right in saying that you want to use real world dates written in the form of the FR dates and the Calendar of Harptos (i.e. 2 Alturiak is 2 February)? Anyway, the changeover is as simple as giving the twelve months of the FR calendar their real world equivalents - Hammer is January, Alturiak is February, Ches is March etc. For a nifty look at the calendar in FR go here:

-As Krash said, it's pretty simple. The only thing that I can think of that may give you some trouble is keeping everything in order, when you need to convert things from tendays into weeks and vice-versa. But, that really shouldn't be difficult.

Well, it's not really that simple because month in Faerunian calendar is fixed at 30 days and you have 5 days that are not part of any month. But here is rough estimate:
Hammer 1 - January 1
Midwinter - January 31
Alturiak 1 - February 1
Ches 1 - March 3 (March 2 during leap year)
Tarsakh 1 - April 2 (April 1 during leap year)
Greengrass - May 2 (May 1 during leap year)
Mirtul 1 - May 3 (May 2 during leap year)
Kythorn 1 - June 2 (June 1 during leap year)
Flamerule 1 - July 2 (July 1 during leap year)
Midsummer - August 1 (July 31 during leap year)
Shieldmeet - none (August 1 during leap year)
Eleasis 1 - August 2
Eleint 1 - Septembar 1
Highharvestide - October 1
Marpenoth 1 - October 2
Uktar 1 - Novembar 1
Feast of the Moon - Decembar 1
Nightal 1 - Decembar 2

Hope this is helpfull.

Thank you, fellow Realms enthusiasts. I'm glad this (and eMule giving me the forgotten realms campaign setting) could help me out. I am forcing my players to live their lives using tendays, Hammers, Alturiaks, cycles, Mirtuls, etc.

Try that for a calendar :)

Not sure if that will help you with matching the days or not but it might.
