FR famous for multitude of Epic Level characters...so.... [Archive] - Wizards Community

02-25-04, 12:25 AM Well since there are many epic level characters on Faerun, are there any epic level Commoners?? Any level 20+ people with the commoner class? What would such a person be like? Are there any in FR???

I believe there's one in Silver Marches but I forgot where exactly.... :) But the highest I saw from the quick glance I just did was 18th level....

02-25-04, 07:31 AM I think it said somewhere that there is no epic progression for the commoner, or any of the NPC classes in the DMG, simply because "it makes no sense". Such reasoning makes little sense to me, but I'll grant you a 30th-level farmer taking out a red wyrm is utter nonsense.

02-25-04, 03:03 PM Well, one of my favourite home-made NPCs is a Rashemi Commoner 14 / Divine Champion 5 of Chauntea, who has raised and protected from the dangers of that harsh land no less than nine children; apart from that, none that I know of (try looking in Realms Personalities, but it's very unlikely).
