I'm dming the City of the Spider Queen and hoping to take the characters farther after this campaign. I was hoping to take them all the way to level 25 or something. Are there any campaign setting adventures premade for that in FR?

Nope. Although the end of City of the Spider Queen gives you plenty of ideas on how you can further the story... For the most part you have to make it up as you go.

In a meta-game view, around level 20 is the maximum where most characters are normally retired. At 20th level, characters achieved just about the pinnacle of what a mortal can do. Of course there are epic rules and such to extend the game further, FR has a number of examples of that. Though usually even these characters aren't regular adventurers anymore, most are important leaders and champions, tied down with numerous responsibilities.

In game terms, most starting adventurers (level 1 characters) don't make it past their first season as adventurers (most die or get too in way over their heads and have to quit). Most adventurers retire after they come upon their first significant sum of wealth. Upon the first big haul, the characters purchase land and properties (farms, houses, businesses, etc.) then they settle down to normal life since adventuring is dangerous.

The book Powers of Faerun could help, it describes a variety of things that ex-adventurers could do, from running kingdoms and businesses to leading armies.

if you can get a hold of them - the Bloodstone series set in Damara / Vaasa is a four module set starting at level 15.

a little tweaking and you could easily scale them to suite. incidentally the last adventure "The Throne of Bloodstone" is posted as an adventure for 18 - 100 level characters - that should fit your needs.

P.S. Play as high as you want - but let your players beware the consequences their "epic- style" actions have on the campaign world.

Power of Faerūn is the route you want to look into for high-level play in the Realms, which can and should be much more than a treadmill of adventures with escalating monsters, treasure and character powerz. It isn't possible to publish good, long-term high-level campaign adventures because high-level play is so much about the PCs' distinct causes, wants, friends and enemies.
