natureofreality 07-05-03, 01:00 AM	Are there any plans of WoTC releasing more published adventures for FR? Some of us don't have the luxury of being able to write our own adventures and published modules are invaluable to us.
FineasBoggs 07-05-03, 01:03 AM	I believe the latest was that they were cutting them out all together due to lacking sales of City of the Spider Queen. Of course they could change their minds. :eek:

I am currently running a group through that module and will be running a different group through it also as soon as they are finished with their current adventure. I REALLY!!!! like CotSQ. Despite any errors people have found or anything like that so far I have been pretty impressed with the FR books. I would really encourage them to produce more despite what they think about sales of CotSQ. Basing the decision off of one product seems wrong to me.
FineasBoggs 07-05-03, 01:35 PM	Of course it seems wrong, but if you look at the print quality of the book, its almost like regular source book. Now compare that to Pool of Radience and Into the Dragons Lair, both of vastly inferior quality. I think they could afford to sell less of latter because of the profit curve, cost less to make, don't need to sell as many. CotSQ, judging from the quality of it would have to sell many many more copies, on par with a source book just to break even with the costs.....IMO of course.
natureofreality 07-05-03, 02:14 PM	I agree with you completely and the print quality of CotSQ is one of the things that I really like about it, but not all modules need be that way. Oh well, I really think it's a shame they aren't producing anymore. I won't hold my breath hoping they will change their minds in the future though. :(
