Some time ago, I came across a thread someone started looking for a blank copy of the page background used in FR books. They stated that they found one.

Does anyone, by chance, have this black backdrop?

I hope this is what you were looking for. I've used this template for my campaign notes and stuff and my players really enjoyed the format.
