There really isn't a oath they have to swear... They just have to keep the balance, protect nature, magical works, and care about people..... |

If you screw up, you get carted off to the Citadel of White Exile, which is where Blackstaff should have went, but I am sure his relationship with Mystra and the other chosen prevented this. |

There are "rules" but there's no joining oath that you have to swear to join. |
