Kelemvor does not support Monks of the Long Death, he opposes them.

While some claim to be Kelemvorites, but he (Kelemvor) encourages his worshippers to "destroy this monks or convince them to fight undead." (LoD 167).

Some of them are Cyricists (not many, I'd say, due to alingment issues).

Correct yet incorrect.
They do not know they worship Tiamat.

Great list! Bout time something like this was done. Just one question. Where did you find all of these? Some recognize from Dragon or sourcebooks, but a listing of where each is found for those who do not know would be a huge help.
