| BloodAdvocateReincarnated07-02-04, 06:11 PM | HELP!!! Im a DM and currently (and unsuccesfully) writting cryptic messages and prophecies for my adventures. Currently I have my players in FR and they know a fair deal about the realms. Anyhow i'm trying to write a prophecy worthy of Alaundo. Its one of the centerpiece of this campaign where ive introduced an immortal. Perhaps if you a tips, suggestion or even compositions it would be a great help. So this i how the story goes so far. (P.S. They are playing monster characters, A pixie theif, a Ghaele, and a silver dragon, very young) "Recently to the south east Sembia been under attack by skeletal ghost ships; the nation Halruaa , or at least a sizeable part, as been burning the forest of Amtar; Myth Drannor's demon activity has increased tenfold; But most strange is a tale of a human sorceresse acheiving a form of divinity, Immortality, without the blessing of Ao. This as sent deities into a mild panick. Currently none know were this Immortal is located." The PC's are chose to investigate Myth Drannor an this is where the PC's will find a fragment of a phrophecie of Alaundo. (The begining of it. The Halruaa have found another piece of it.) The PC's portion should tell them that 1. the Imortal was "supposed" to happen 2. Immortal will bring a great change in the balane of power 3. A hint at where to look next. (Either Akhkaur Swamp, near Halaguard, or/and, in Anauroch, the Shadow Sea.) Thank you for taking the time to consider my problem. |

| Famder07-05-04, 07:53 PM | Here's a shot, can't say that it will be any good. "Panic will strike at those who govern, and[Insert any Death God(s) here] allow for the lost so they may search. During the search the the seas will be drained and filled with blood as the meek rise to meet the strong. The first to drain will no longer be shrowded and will follow the land no more...." That's the best I can do with limited info. |
