harrypoter10 02-15-04, 01:17 AM	I want my 2 main char's to be lead in drizzt's example. But the pc's never turn out the way you want them to. The pc's are drow 1 is a ftr lv 3 (the same as drizzt but bastard swrds) and the other is a clr lv 3. can someone help me with some story ideas? I have thought aboutmaking them come out of the high forest. I AM OPEN FOR ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS!!! thank you the :looloo: :fight!: harry
avian tiefling 02-16-04, 01:18 AM	i've said it before, and i'll say it again: NPCs are the best course for keeping the party on track. here's an idea: so they're in the Underdark, and the NPC is a high priestess of their family (the characters are siblings or otherwise related). i'm assuming they're good, so they would secretly dislike or even despise the priestess, but they initially follow the priestess on several battles with duergar and ohter mutual enemies. but then, after they've got enough levels and equipment, they are forced to turn against the priestess when she tells them to attack a svirfnebli colony. they might oppose her outright the moment she tells them to do so in her meeting chambers or wherever, or they might wait until the siege of the deep gnome colony has begun and suddenly switch sides (this may be arranged beforehand to prevent the party from being accidentally attacked by the svirfnebli. after the drow NPC has been disposed of, the now-rogue drow might take on a svirfnebli guide. if you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask. just throw some random ideas at me and i'll try and tie them together. always here to help The Tiefling
