If you have any comprehensive info on Kara-Tur please help.

The Trail Map of Kara Tur is also helpful, if difficult to find.

-Anyway, the 2e Kara-Tur Boxed Set is the primary source of information for Kara-Tur. 3e Unapproachable East has some basic information about the East, as well as the areas where Faerūn and Kara-Tur meet. The Empires Trilogy, which consists of Horselords, Dragonwall and Crusade are all also sources of information. There are also three downloadable 2e modules on the WotC website that are free- Mad Monkey Vs. Dragon Claw, Ronin Challenge and Test of the Samurai.
