chris7476 10-10-03, 10:54 PM	As the subject says, does anyone know where I can find detailed info on Scardale and the Thayan enclave in Scarsdale Town? I'm also interested in the history of Scarsdale as well beyond what's in the FRCS. I also have Volo's Guide to the Daleslands and The Dalelands from 2ed but neither go into any great details. Actually, Volo's guide hardly touches on Scarsdale at all.
kidjay76 10-11-03, 01:07 PM	Hmm, I'm surprised there's not more on Scardale in the Dalelands ESD. From what I remember, there's a fair bit of info in there. Regarding the enclave, can't help you, sorry. I run a campaign that's currently in Scardale Town and I've had to develop the background meself. My suggestion is to adapt the Thayan Enclave in Proskur that's given in either FRCS or Lords of Darkness.
chris7476 10-12-03, 11:46 AM	Yeah, I took a look at the enclave in LoD. I could probably use that but make it a bit smaller. I also think that the enclave in Scardale is newer than the one in Proskur too. If there isn't any more detail on Scardale anywhere, where is a good source for a history of the Dales? I have quite a few sources but I only get bits and pieces about specific regions at a time.
Lashan 10-12-03, 12:11 PM	If you are looking for historical info on Scardale, the best spot would be the old grey boxed set. The events that took place in Lashan's war were detailed in that booklet. It was the original FR boxed set. It had a month for month list of events for 2 years. The Scardale war was included in that. Also included was a module that took players into Myth Drannor and the fate of Lashan was discovered. If you are looking for current info, then there isn't much info. The best places that have much info are the Dalelands booklet and the Tantras module (which is part of the Time of Trouble/Avatars triology). I had a bunch of info on that town that I created, but I am not sure if I still have it. I can try to look and find it if you want to. It is all info of before the war.
