| Lia The Sun Elf Wizard07-22-06, 02:24 AM | Hi, im fom Brazil and some of my books are in english and some others are in portuguese. I'd like to know what "augmented summoning" does in 3.5 rules. I have a book which says my summoned creatures gain +1HP per HD and +1 to roll and damage per HD (magic of faźrun). The other books says my summoned creatures gains +4 of strength and +4 of constitution (3.5 core rulebook). Whats the right description of the feat? (3.5 rules, please). In case of these 2 be different, i could get these 2 feats w/ their effects stacking? |
| Board_Rider07-22-06, 03:23 AM | I would use what the 3.5PHB states and is also used with the SRD: Augment Summoning [General] Prerequisite - Spell Focus (conjuration). Benefit - Each creature you conjure with any summon spell gains a +4 enhancement bonus to Strength and Constitution for the duration of the spell that summoned it. I would allow both to stack. There is also the Greenbound Summoning feat that can be found in the Lost Empires of Faerun supplement. |

Im making a character who will be (in the future) an alienist (prestige class described in "complete arcane"). I MUST have augmented summoning, its one of the requirements for the prestige class. My complete arcane is in english, my 3.5 PHB and my magic of faźrun book are in portuguese and the name of the feats in each one is different and the description too. So, are you sure the right description of augmented summoning is the one described in 3.5 PHB? (+4 for strength AND +4 for constitution) Whats the name of the feat that your creatures gain 1 HP per HD and +1 to hit and roll per HD described in Magic of faźrun, the name is augmented summoning too? |
