Karatur and other places in FR [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-21-07, 05:06 PM Before I ask my questions, please forgive me ignorance. I've got the materials for faerun but nothing for Karatur and Maztica, etc. Are there any online maps for these regions? What types of cultures are these regions generally based on? For example, I've seen somewhere, I think, that catfolk live in or near Rashemon. That kind of info would be helpful.

I have a Hordelands map over there, along with one of the Utter East and Thay.

Also, I have a WIP of the eastern Realms up on my site, focusing on the region around Tabot. (http://markustay.deviantart.com/art/Tabot-69766257) You can put that one up against the Ue one at CK - those areas are on either side of the Yehimals.

Newer version of the Hordelands coming soon. ;)

Also, there is a plethora of old material about those regions in the WotC FREE Downloads section. (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/downloads)
