Leatherbound PHB?!?!?!?!? [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-14-04, 10:12 AM Has anyone else heard about this Leather bound PHB that is suposed to be comming out for the 30th aniversary? My LGS tiped me off to a rumor that they're comming out with one.. though I havn't seen any notice of it on the website, I even got a pricing around $70.00 bucks (american). If anyone has any follow up info, that would be cool.

06-15-04, 11:04 AM When I first saw it last month, my first thought was: why not a leatherbound FRCS?

Just with Realms Lore, maps and nice illustrations: no rules, no Feats, no characters stated out, etc. so the book always remains "valid", even if they change the rules.

now, THAT would be nice, wouldn't it?

06-18-04, 09:05 PM I know I should not dare to ask this but will the take some time to edit the book properly?
Complete Divine had almost more mistakes than all the 3rd edition FR books together.
I really do hope that they at least incorporate the changes from the errata.

I've heard that there not going to include th erreta stuff in the leather bound PHB. But I could be wrong.
