I was wondering: What material is there in various sourcebooks and/or articles, past and present, about what various common creatures do for fun, particularly the standard humanoid races.

Likely, if there is anything in, say, Races of Faerun, I'd have likely glazed over it in lieu of some other pieces of information present in said book. :embarrass That, and I am a little busy with college crunch time.

Likely, races such as Half-Orcs and possibly Dwarves would not have much time for leisurely pursuits, so I doubt their would be much (if anything) for them. I'm mainly thinking of Humans (which might be much like past real-life human cultures to some extent), Elves, Gnomes, and Halflings.

So, any word on this?

-I'd scour all of Ed's replies from Candlekeep. These are the kinds of questions he likes to go on and on...on.

Alternatively, the 2e Aurora's Whole Realms Catalogue details a number of "diversions" and "games" that feature prominently across the Realms.

Sounds interesting. :plotting:

@Old Sage: Okay, I'll check those sections of RoF again. Like I said, there are some details I look over more than others, namely what's related to game mechanics (preferred classes/PrCs, etc.) and history.
