Looking for elven archer organizations in Cormanthor [Archive] - Wizards Community

I was wondering, is there some kind of elite elven archer organization that lives in Cormanthor or the Dalelands?

I'm trying to adapt the flavorless Arcane Archer to something more FR-specific. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

01-02-08, 11:59 PM dont think there is one, officially or at least not one that ive seen.

however the Coronal is a arcane archer.

the spell archers or whatever they are called came from evermeet, during the crusade some of them came with her father to take the city, so some of them likely stayed.

the city's standing army would likely be the first choice, or the city watch.

01-04-08, 09:33 PM IIRC, there are the Moonshadows in Deepingdale, centered around Moonrise Hill. There is some info in Demihuman Deities, I think, under the entry for Solonor Thelandira, but there's more somewhere else. Volo's Guide, maybe? I'm trying to remember off the top of my head, so if nobody steps in I'll try to find the info and post more about them sometime this weekend. Hope this helps!

If your interested in killing drow, there is one under Shevarash called the Black Arrows (I think that's what they were called).
