The Ly'Tel'Quessir or Lythari elves are mentioned to be one of the first subraces of Elves to come to Faerūn. What are they know? The Fey maybe?

What about the Star Elves? Any idea where they come from?
Are they one of the subraces to enter Faerūn or are they bastards from the other races like the Wood Elves?

The novel "Evermeet" by Elaine Cunningham describes the elves' arrival on Torril from a dying world called Faerie...the Lythari were already living in the forests of the world when the off-world elves arrived...the Star Elves originally lived in Yuirwood, but left to live in another plane...they are just now starting to return to the Yuirwood...hope that helps some:D

Lythari are just a subrace of elves. Treat them as elven wearwolfs with chaotic good alignment. The current version of the elves' arrival on Toril is that the races of elves migrated to toril in waves from what I assume is Arvandor. As for the plane of Faerie dying, well the Seelie Court needs somewhere to live. I assume that the plane of faerie is a plane only reachable by fey and through Arvandor.

Well I never have heard of Lythari before, where can I get descrption and info on them?

As for the Star Elves, I knew they lived in Yuirwood, but what place do they have in the migration?

They only talk about the arrival of Sun, Moon, Dark (drow), Green (wild), Avariel, Aquatic and Lythari elves. Wood Elves came to existance in Faerūn with breeding between Moon and Wild elves.
So what about Star Elves, are they supposed to be a native faerūn race like Wood elves or a migrated race like the rest?

Aren't there maybe no answers yet?

I think that if no info is provided, it can be assumed that they migrated like the rest.

Lythari were written up in the Evermeet sourcebook or one of 2e's black Compendium monster books. I think it's either # 2 or #4 (I believe it's number #4 more then #2 though).

Besides the places Kule31 mentioned, it was stated in another tread they are covered in Monsters of Faerun, in the back with the other lycanthropes. Somehow I eanded up with a 2ed pdf file on Lythari but I know not how I got it. But it does have this on it:
