Are there anywhere I can find some updates to Magic of Faerun? I especially need updates for the Gnome Artificer and would like to know what has been changed concerning it's prerequisites. Hope some of you out there can help.

Any updates to 3.5 FR has basicly been done in Player Guide to Faerun.
If it's not in there , and I don't think that PrC is, then there in now needed changes.
3.0 and 3.5 aren't that different so it should be fine the way it is.

The only change with the Requirements is that Alchemy is now Craft (Alchemy). None of the other Requirements or Abilities of the Prestige Class need changing or altering, so you should be fine with how it is. Some of the Device Powers may have changed a level or effect a bit, but thats no big problem. :)

also Knowledge Architecture and Engineering is under one skill now. In 3.0 it was divided into two skills.

I cannot find my Magic of Faerun at now. (I Really need to organize my books.)

Here's what I would do. Combine the prereq skill points into one.
Find the level the PrC is designed for (typicaly 5 or 6).
Then figure what the max skill points in one skill a char can have at that level.
For the rest of my post I will assume a 5th level char.
Add up all prereqs required for the combined skills.
If the total is less then the max, (Say 2 Knowledge Architecture and 2 Knowledge Engineering, that would now become 4 Knowledge Architecture and Engineering)
Since this "4" is less then the 8 a 5th level char can have your good to go.
If the old had a higher prereq, say 5 in each, that would be 10 skill points, just drop it to 8 and run with that.

Another option, take one as the "Base" and add half of the 2nd.
Say both have 4, so you use the 4 from one as a base, and then add half of the other's 4 (which would be 2) and the you would end up with 6.

If you are the player, discuss this with your DM, If you are the DM, do which you feel is right.
From my feeling, if durring the convertion skills were combined, the intention was to allow the player to have more flexability with skills and to help open up skill points to the charicter.
