| Sylivren01-16-06, 10:18 AM | Hello everyone. Im DMing a campaign in Faerūn and my players just arrived to the Shieldmeet. I was hoping to include a Magic Tournament in the Shieldmeet Games but Im not sure how to do it. Is there any source of information about rules for magic duels and competitions? Thank you for your time. |
| Kuje3101-16-06, 11:32 AM | Magic of Faerun. :) |

| Sylivren01-18-06, 11:00 AM | Game day is near and Im in desperate need of some info on mage fairs and magic douels! Please, someone tell me how should I DM such an event in Faerūn! Should I divide the mages in schools, like, Ilusionists vs Ilusionists, Evocator vs Evocator and so on? Thank you! |
| Alediran01-18-06, 03:59 PM | Don't divide based on schools, most wizards love to demonstrate the superiority of their favorite. If you divide, do it based on levels (no more than 2 levels up or down, so contesters have some oportunity). You can use de Mageduel rules, I think they where in Magic of Faerūn. |
