Another Gnome 11-10-03, 12:41 AM	Most likely in the "real" Realms such people exist, but they may be trouble rules-wise. Simply changing the creature size according to Monster Manual rules would be a simple way to handle the mechanics; for small humans it'd pretty much work as is (without increased Dexterity, if you prefer), but for large humans some toning down could be in order - or just use a +1 level adjustment for large humans if you want to keep the mechanics simple.
