Cunning Linguist 04-13-04, 05:19 AM	There is no Coreclass monk for the realms, other then the one in PHB. There are 3 PrC for monks, one in Underdark, one in UE and one in the new Players Guide to Faerun. But all these are PrC and don't start at level 1. The orders are found in FRCS, and they are talked more about in the books that have there PrC (like Monk of the Long Death in PGtF) but thats about it. There is no 2.ed material on the subject, since in 2.ed there was no monk class.

Personally I don't care for the monk class at all, however I have a player that really loves it and I am trying to flesh it out for him as much as possible. I think the Old Order sounds cool, so hopefully we will get some more info on it someday. thanks again
