| robotman75712-26-05, 10:39 AM | Okay, so they made a book on Waterdeep for the new game rules and it looks good. I do not own it yet, but will someday. I am actually wanting to know if there is a plan for a similar book on Shadowdale or Tantras in the works. Not sure where to post this but I was always intrigued by the 3 cities in the Avatar trilogy. It would be cool to have a set for these cities. |
| Old Sage12-26-05, 10:52 AM | There are details for each of the cities in the Avatar trilogy in the adventure modules of the same name -- Shadowdale, Tantras, and Waterdeep. Additionally, Shadowdale has a supplement of its own which was included in the revised 2e FRCS boxed set. It's also covered in the Dalelands 2e supplement and Volo's Guide to the Dalelands. Tantras is detailed in The Moonsea supplement, the Forgotten Realms Adventures hardcover, and the 2e City of Ravens Bluff sourcebook. It's also covered in the 1e/2e/3e FRCS. Waterdeep has the older Waterdeep and the North sourcebook, Volo's Guide to Waterdeep, City of Splendors boxed set (by Steven Schend), City System, and Eric's more recent 3e Waterdeep sourcebook. However, I am looking for 3 or 3.5 editions just like the one they made for Waterdeep. I was trying to find if they existed or were even planned yet. I am working on an adventure that I want to span several areas and through all 3 of the cities and several others that are in different books. |
