Myth Drannor current info [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-11-05, 03:12 AM Can anyone help me find current info on the ruins of Myth Drannor?

I am starting a level 1 campaign in Cormyr, and have written the first 5 or 6 levels of it, and am planning on sending the 6 adventurers (non elves, but one is half-drow good aligned bard and follower of Eilistraee) to Myth Drannor at around lvl 6 and keeping them there until around lvl 10 or 11 as they seek for a specific artifact to save the life of a bastard grandchild of Azoun IV, one of the Thundersword bastards (he is already dead at this time)

Can anyone point me in the direction of some info, maps, encounters etc of the current state of affairs in Myth Drannor? We are talking Year of the Rogue Dragons here.

Rich Baker's Last Mythal novel #2 might have some more info when it comes out.

Pool of Radiance: Attack on Myth Drannor 3e module.
Pool of Radiance: Attack on Myth Drannor 3e novel.

Some of Ed's novels that have the Knights of Myth Drannor in them, like the Spellfire novels.

Ruins of Myth Drannor 2e box set.

Cormanthyr: Empire of the Elves sourcebook.
Lost Empires 3.5e sourcebook.

The last 2 are good for history. :)

Pool of Radiance: Attack on Myth Drannor 2e novel.
Pool of Radiance: Attack on Myth Drannor is the 3e module, while Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Drannor is the novelisation ;).

06-12-05, 02:39 AM Also, you may wish to read through the Fall of Myth Drannor adventure module which, like Cormanthyr: Empire of Elves, is available for free download on this very site. It's 2e, but it serves to complete most of the information about Myth Drannor.

To add emphasis to Kuje's list o' suggestions: Huge props for the Ruins of Myth Drannor boxed set, which IMHO is the best source for what's up in the ruins, bar none. For updates, Lost Empires of Faerun is definitely worth a spin.
