I need some help and feedback on developing a master villain for a Faerunian campaign I'm writing - I've got a few vague ideas that I need help developing and getting to fit into the setting.

Mostly what I've got is a name: Grim Silver - an ancient being of the Weave that was sealed away long ago (once again, reasons unknown). His tomb was sealed using the powers of the Weave, but in the Time of Troubles and the Year of Wild Magic the seal on the tomb was broken. Grim Silver was free, but weak, and the exertion needed to escape his tomb split him into two entities: an evil and a "good" side (names unknown.) I'm guessing a large portion of time is going to be spent on the evil trying to rejoin with the good side to reform Grim Silver and come back into power.

THat's about all I have, and everything else is very vague. I need some development, some names, what powers... I've reached a huge writers block. I especially want the villian to have a Faerunian flair, to have him really blend into the setting, rather than seeming like a villain stuck into the campaign haphazardly.
