Valgard 03-02-06, 07:43 AM	I have to design an adventure in three days. It takes place in the Great Glacier, in the Novularond Mountains to be exactly, and there will be five or six 10th level characters. I thought in making them meet at least Frost Giants and a White Dragon, and Arctic Dwarves if they are common in that part of the Great Glacier (not sure). I don't want to make Iyraclea appear, at least, not yet. Please, I need ideas about the story!! :help: PS: I have Frostburn available.
King-bargh 03-02-06, 09:06 AM	I have no clue about wether there are any arctic dwarves. For adventure how about momy dragon needs help to save her baby/egg from the kidnapping frost giants? The giants has raided the dragons lair and taken her baby for a pet and some or all of her treasure. She promise the party not to kill them or a nearby population of innocents if they liberate the pup/egg. She even promise them her hoard if needed. Of course once they succeded she could turn on them, counting that they would be easier then the coldresistant giants.

anki 03-02-06, 04:19 PM	Or because you are close to Damara the PCs could be recruited by king Dragonsbane to settle the tribe wars in Narfell.i think he is friends with one of the tribe leaders...

It talks about Horfaern, the realm of evil cold creatures that saw to the destruction of the dwarven realm of Dareth (see FR11 Dwarves Deep) and now threatens the last community of avariel. -- George Krashos
Mad Mage 03-03-06, 12:20 AM	According to both Races of Faerun & Player's Guide to Faerun, Arctic Dwarves hail from the Great Glacier specifically. ;)
