| Masakado08-22-03, 01:50 PM | There have been mentions of the Firetail in 3ed (Elminster's favorite creatures) but, TMK, no official stats for the critters. |

| Dargoth08-23-03, 09:03 AM | Thanks Sarelle and Cwslycigh Ive updated the list and removed a few that I found myself. Anyone have Ruins of Myth Drannor? I dont have it, what monsters in ROMD havent been converted I left the Steel Dragon and Stone Collossus because Living Greyhawk and ELH arent Core or FR books |

| Dargoth08-23-03, 08:43 PM | Added RUMD monsters Thanks Green Giant There are 125+ Monsters in that list, theres more than enough for a Monsters of Faerun 2 |
| Sarelle08-24-03, 07:33 AM | There are just two more in your list: Tressym: FRCS Flying Snake: Races of Faerūn But nice work Dargoth. I agree about the Monsters of Faerūn 2 book. Well, then again I always want more monster books. They are going to add a large monsters section to the upcoming Player's Guide to Faerūn. They will be adding new ones as well as updating the monsters in the Monsters of Faerūn to 3.5. Steel Dragon will not be put in an FR book, though because according to WotC it is a 'Greyhawk-specific' dragon, despite it having been seen in FR. |

Edited main list with your finds RE: Steel Dragon, the Irony being the D&D department has been more than willing to nick monsters from the FR Department ie all the monsters they swiped from COSQ and stuck in Fiend Folio.. |

| Gez08-24-03, 03:19 PM | Abyssal Dragon: It's probably different, but there's an abyssal dragon template here (http://www.greenronin.com/cgi-bin/product.cgi?prodid=1012#related) (web enhancement for Green Ronin's Armies of the Abyss). | Dargoth08-26-03, 07:09 PM | Edited with Gez info Im not going to count Tomb of Horrors as its not a core or FR source book |
| cwslyclgh08-26-03, 08:11 PM | Leucrotta, Greater: is what the creature advancement rules are for. Dracimera: is no longer nessecary since chimeras can have any color of evil dragon head now. Dracohydra: is one of the reasons they made the half-dragon template. Gibbering Mouther: is in the monster manual watch ghost, shenterim spirit, etc... are simply creatures with the ghost template and varient abilties. and you are going to need more then 125 if you want them to make a hardback back out of it... and they will not make a nother soft cover (they have stated this) monsters of faerun 1 had 100 creatures in it, and you are going to want probably double that at the least. |

They can come up with new monsters to fill the gap. For example they can add creatures that live on the Gods planes |
| Dargoth09-12-03, 08:38 PM | Eric Boyd has converted a number of monsters in a PDF you can get from his site http://www.ericlboyd.com/dnd/monsters.html |
| Fabius Maximus09-13-03, 08:53 PM | I'm missing the Flind (or Flint), reputedly a variant of the Gnoll. It was mentioned in "The Fall of Myth Drannor". |
| Gez09-13-03, 09:31 PM | Originally posted by Dargoth Im not going to count Tomb of Horrors as its not a core or FR source book Too bad, the Flind is there too. |
