The Night masks are one of the organisation detailed in the book

One piece of free info: they aren't based in Tethyr, they operate out of the city of Westgate. :)

I know something was wrong when Tethyr is brought up and I'm left blinking, going "Huh?" Was wondering if the Night Mask's moved base of operation...
