| Thunderforge11-25-06, 08:44 PM | I've been running a game in FR for two years and my PC's have purchased some Land north of Waterdeep. I feel they got a good price on the land, But how shold I go about charging an annual Land tax or Should I? |

The watch maintains active patrols in this area and thus the land is considered part of the city province. If the land is farther north, then I would consider making them part of another community, as their are several in the area. This is merely my opinion, I do not have any pages to reference. I have been running campaigns in the Waterdeep area for more than 10 years, and I have always considered the area to be a city-state. |
