Faiths & Pantheons, on page 77 right coloumn, contains a reference to a "Pale Tesseract" item. It seems like an Azuth's artifact. Where I can find some more information about it?

that is probably the only reference to it you will ever see :D WotC loves doing that - throw in a reference to something and then never explain what it is - great if your a DM that loves creating things. Here is my rough 1st draft of what it might be:

A tesseract is a (mathematical) construction that linkspoints far apart by warping them through an additional dimension in some way. rather like bending a sheet of paper to allow an ant to step from one end to the other.
In this case the pale tesseract is a scrying device originally created by Savras to aid Mystra in maintaining the time line. through epic divination it allows the user to scroll through time watching the actions of a selected subject much as if a video were on fast forward or scrolling reverse. When Azuth defeated Savras Mystra placed the Pale Tesseract in Azuth's care where it has remained ever since.
