pre-3/3.5 ed? [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-06-05, 11:33 PM i have heard many people state that 2nd ed had many things that they miss or merely liked. without rumagging through old back store-rooms of gaming shops or somesuch, where would one find 2nd ed information on... well anything really. i'm interested in learning about the pre-3/3.5 ed rules and such.

11-08-05, 09:38 AM Two other great resources, for those who want 2nd Edition stuff but =must= have a hard-copy in hand (I'm that way about certain resources): Ebay & Amazon.

When looking for a product, compare prices between both. Amazon will tend to have the line on cheaper prices, but Ebay tends to trump when it comes to obscure references or hard-to-find supplements (Tales of the Lance, Kara Tur, Birthright).

I do hope this helps. There's a lot of great material previously published that is by no means being updated nor creditted. Just be carefull about the obscure stuff, as you may end up fighting tooth and nail for it (the prices tend to skyrocket for Kara Tur, for example).
