Problem with Serpent Kingdoms WE [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-17-04, 02:10 PM When I opened the Serpent Kingdoms Web Enhancement I got a dull grey background for the text instead of the usual yellow parchment background. And no pictures.

I updated my Acrobat Reader but i still get the grey background.

Anybody else have the same problem?

07-17-04, 02:32 PM I opened it up with Adobe Acrobat V.5.1 and had the same problem. When I opened it with Acrobat 6.0, it worked just fine. The main issue I have with this is that Acrobat 6.0 decided to install on my machine as a different program, so I have to open it first and then open any PDF files I want to view in it. On the plus side, 6.0 does have some nifty features that 5.1 didn't have, such as the ability to read aloud text from the file.

I have downloaded version 6.0 and the web enhancement look fine now.
