Ainaelin 06-22-04, 03:31 PM	Hello all. :) I have a few questions on the Player's Guide to Faerun. Things I either do not understand, or think are a mistake and I would like to have your opinion on them. - Demonweb Pits entry p. 149, Traits . It is said that that it has the "Strong Faith" trait, but I cannot find any explanation on the "faith" trait anywhere, either on the Manual of the Planes (3.0) or the DMG 3.5, or anywhere on the PGtF... Where is it explained what the "greater penalties" are? - Brightwater entry p. 146, Brightwater Links It is said here that sharess has a portal linking her Brighwater domain to her realm in Heliopolis. However, in the Heliopolis entry, p.157; it is said that there is no know portal in Heliopolis... Isn't that a beautiful contradiction? ;) - Morninglord of Lathander, p. 67. Class skills. : how many does he gain each level? I assume they forgot it and it must be 2 per level, like a Cleric, but I am not sure... - Initiate of Nature Feat, p. 81. The Feat is restricted to Cleris and Druids of Eldath, Sylvanus and Mielikki, and Rangers are excluded, while Mielikki is the goddess of the Rangers, and Rangers of Selune have access the the Initiate of Selune Feat... That's weird to me... another "I forgot" excuse? - Initiate of Selune Feat, p. 81. The prerequisites indicate that the Feat is available to Clerics, Druids, Hathrans and Rangers of Selune, but below it is said that you can add the spells to the spell list of all the classes above, PLUS Harper Agent...:confused: . Does anybody know when all this will be clarified, errated and/or explained? Thank you for your ideas, guys. ;)

Stupid me!!! However, I am thankful I am not a disciple of Ilmater... :D Thank you, Kuje31, for that show of insightful perception... ;) So the rest of my questions verges on the brink of errata, you think?

Grin, yeah, that's okay if you are not looking for it, it's hard to miss. They should have labeled it a little better. And aye, the others seem like errata fixes to me...... When ever that happens..... I'm still waiting for errata from 3e FR books..... We only have errata on the FRCS, and Magic of Faerun.
Ainaelin 09-06-04, 08:37 PM	Well, an errata has been published since I posted this, but as could be expected, a lot of seemingly obvious errors have been left out of the errata... :rolleyes: I have noticed a few other mistakes at times but I can't remember them now, and I don't think they have been corrected either... Well, it's my fault I suppose, I did not write Wizards about those mistakes I noticed... :D
