So I've read books from Salvatore and I've read books from Baker...

In regards to the events in Salvatore's latest The Thousand Orcs series as well as Baker's The Last Mythal....there have been LOTS of recent events taking place in the North recently.

My campaign happens to be set in the region, and I'm contemplating incorporating some of the details of these events to help the players feel more plugged-in.

Can anyone tell me the timeline associated with these events? Baker's book refers to the current year as 1374, but I have no idea when Salvatore's takes place...

Anyone got info on this?

RAS's latest Drizzt novels, according to him, end in 1371.

Wow, so Baker's books that came out last year are 3 years forward?

Hm..this might get tricky to manage...
