When you choose your region for a new character, you have access to the regional feats, but they still cost you one of your original feat slots correct? Or is it like the starting equipment packages in that it is a bonus from your area? If it isn't a bonus, do power gamers really ever use them? Thanks |

It like when a character is in it's own city, even if it doesn't have any rank in knowledge(city) s/he still knows a couple of things. |
