I have a powerful Elven Mage who's caused a lot of problems in the FR's in atempts to acomplish good things. From a roleplaying perspective i think its time to retire her even though shes not even close to the age an elf would leave the realms. Yet going to evermeet is out of the question as i kinda had a disagrement with the Queen........to go to evermeet my character needs to swallow her pride (shes a haughty gold elf so doing that might be a little out of character). So would it be better to go down in a glorious last stand trying to rid the realms of evil or bit the bullet and swallow my pride.............i need help any suggestions??

Well, you could find a place in Evreska; it's the biggest sun and moon elf city left on the main continent. It has a functional mythal and is very well guarded. It would take a powerful enemy with a deep grudge and some skill at subtlety to attack you there, IMO. Your character could quite feasibly spend the rest of her life using her talents to peacefully aid the city.

You could always go somewhere else to settle down. Elves are a long lived race. Your mage could either build a tower, like many mages do, and start to research your own crazy projects. There are many small hamlets to settle down in. In fact, if you really are an ambitious elf, you can try form your own elven nation. What about trying to re-settle Cormanthyr? Or found your own elven story, like the elves in that web enhancement.

Take every bit of magic, and go to Myth Drannor to ride the city of the demons, devils, drow, etc...
It could be either the one last final stand, or a place to let her retire and be active within the realms.
Other ideas there, give life to become one with the Mythal, become a Baenlorn etc.
Hay its a suggestion
