I old 2ED 1 round was 1 minute broken into 10 segments that were 6 seconds a segment. (equaling 60 seconds or 1 minute), but in 3ED it doesn't really say how long a round lasts in real time.

I mean for a wizard to cast a spell a cleric to turn undead a rogue to sneak attack and a ranger to use his full attack action all together in one round could last over a full minute in real time right? now im confusing myself. :(

just want to know how long a round lasts in 3ED & 3.5

This should be on the main boards, but 3.0's PHB, page 121.

Or in 3.5's PHB its page 138.

"Each round represent about 6 seconds in the game world."

I was upset to switch to 3ed but I handled it and am still dealing, but when they came out with 3.5ed just as I was beginning to fully grasp the core books without looking into them for everything I needed to know, just really P'd me off!

Screw 3.5ed. I'll stick to 3ed. It's all pretty much the same anyway so why bother buying the new crap?
