Search aBility? [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-17-06, 08:44 PM I'm not quite sure where to put this so I'll just throw it here. Does a search function exist for these forums? I've been a member for awhile now and I've yet to find one..

06-18-06, 01:58 AM No, there used to be, and then it broke. For awhile WotC would have a little note here saying it was being fixed.

But then that note dissapeared, months and months later, we still dont have a search engine.

06-19-06, 08:39 AM -The Search function is never coming back. WotC can't even fully and completely upgrade the forums without running into 'problems' or 'bugs' or whathaveyou that their delay their work, or cause them to scrap it all together...

e.g.,

site:boards1.wizards.com [tiamat bahamut]

That's exactly what i was gonna suggest. You don't need your own search engine when you have google.
