looks like, given the name of the cormyr set adventure I'd say something BIG is going to happen

Yeah Rich pop on in and tell us whats up? I agree it will probably be bad, being scoured is never a good thing, same with keel hauled and tarred and feathered, etc....

-The Scouring Of The Land, eh? Well, it seems to me that things are going to start sucking for the people of Shadowdale...

-I wonder where the "trilogy" will end in...I say Thay.

I don't think it will end too bad, the elves are in Cormanthyr again and surely they will help the dalesfolk.

I dunno given that part 1 is in cormyr, part 2 is the dales, my guess is part 3 will be somewhere in that region too

sembia perhaps?

-That is true, that is true. In the past TSR/WotC has shied away from really going into much detail about Sembia, though, for whatever the reason. Not a bad guess, though I don't think it'll be in Sembia.

well I tend to group sembia, cormyr the dales and the moonsea all into one "adventureing region" internally. The Moonsea is possiable but given the publishing of a regional adventure book in the Moonsea my instincts say they'll wants somewhere else.

how about a mega Sembia adventure?
Lord Karsus

-Well, like I said, they don't have a very good track record on Sembia in the past. Perhaps now is when they'll reveal all. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Well I suppose that started with the 1e when then designate Sembia as a place for DMs to create and stayed away from even talking about the area.

true although 3E has proven more willing to handle it, there was a novel trilogy set there.

another possiability is the anarouch, there's supposed to be something big involving the shades coming up

Does anybody else think this will tie in with PSK's new Shadow War trilogy. Tearing of the Weave sounds pretty Shadovar oriented to me. Probably the first adventure will do with cleansing Tilverton.

-That is true. I was thinking that the "something big involving the Shades" was going to be in Mr. Kemp's Shadow War Trilogy only. But, maybe it can tie into the novels- that would be kind of cool.

-Being as that it does take place in Cormyr, that is a very good possibility.

I think, part three will perhaps end in Myth Drannor or the City of Shade.
With an update to the Dales Region.

hmm myth drannor would work. in 1374-75 with the end of the elven crusade the elves are occupying it now but there's proably still lots of work to be done before it is tamed.
