I was hoping if some one can tell me whar the skill scarring does. I would be eternally grateful.

About the same as Craft (tattoo) or Craft (painting), I would think.

You create artwork and people pay you for it. Some feats, prestige classes, or magic items may also require the skill to give your creations special abilities. (By itself such a skill won't do anything special, and if it does, it shouldn't.)

-Sounds self-explainitory to me. Maybe you can find a use for the skill in interrogation sessions. Combine it with the Intimidate skill, or something.

I believe a contemporary analogy would be ritual scarification. It might include branding. It is very popular among various tribes including the Nar and the Grodd goblins.

Reminds me of the plastic operation rules in CP2020..
Buy appearance for 2400 Euro a point (iirc).. if you want to get uglier, a straight razor sells at 59c
