It was a kit in the Complete Book of Elves. Well I was wondering if that idea (i.e. of a rogue/mage who steals magic items back from wizards for a price) could not be expanded to perhaps the Harpers. I have an elven character who is a spellfilcher and also a member of the Harpers. He steals magic items away from evil mages such as the Red Wizards of Thay. Now my main question is whether or not you all think this is a valid character option of other Harpers? We have a few Harpers who fit the profile of spellfilchers yet are not elven. Also, anyone ever seen mention of a spellfilcher in a FR novel? |

The Harpers would try to make sure neither sidehad an advantage over the other. i know it doesn't make a whole lot of sense, for a supposedly "good" organization, but that's the way the harpers are. :looloo: |
