I doubt such details will ever be properly converted to 3.5. :) It would be an endless task to convert each and every D&D product WotC has put out until the revision.

A little creativity on the individual DM´s part, please.

Here, here!

I'm sick of hearing of something 'new' and finding out its mainly a 3.5 update or something of that nature.... People 3.5 and 3e don't need much converting...look at me I use mostly the 3.5 classes (save 4, 1 of those I rebuilt myself) and a mainly 3e system it works fine and no updateing is needed......

Je sais qu'en français on dit PNJ (Personnage Non Joueur).

In English, however, they say NPC (Non-Player Character)

Il n'y a pas vraiment une seul facon de correcter tout les PNJs dans CotSQ. Je vous suggeste que peut etre le meilleur idee serait de l'aissez-les tranquilles et de jouer les PNJs sans utiliser Haste.

(well, that was kind of ugly, but if you don't use it, you lose it ):D

You could give some of the more powerful NPCs (such as the Archmage of the Inverted Tower in Szith Morcane) lesser rods of Quicken Spell. It would have close to the same effect for a spellcaster. You wouldn't have the +4 bonus to AC, but that isn't the real point of those characters casting Haste. It's just to cast an extra spell each round.
