| Kytat11-26-06, 01:41 AM | I want to start my whole group over at first level and was wondering what premade campaign would benefit them best and would be the most fun. Something with a little story line is good, not all dungeon crawl, but killing does keep them entertained. - Dm Kytat |

My old stand by is always the Caravan guard angle....The party is from a town and looking for a job. I know it sounds cheap, but even the most mundane idea can blossom into a epic adventures . The thing I learned is the game is about creativity right?, so be creative mods are good if you don't want to think and in case of writers block is hounding you, but jest give yourself time something will pop in to you head. What I do if I need to come up with a idea for a game: Steep one: Relax Steep two: forget about all the books and other distracting material. Steep three: Sit down at a desk with a note pad or at your computer and brain storm (when relaxed ideas jest hit) Steep four: stop and repeat ...steep one to four until you get something. The problem I used to have when thinking of games were I would think too big. You take your time and uses what you know. Mods are fine if you want to go that rout . |
