Just to get a little input I have been running The Red Hand of Doom and I am building a full campaign from it. The quesiton I have (and my give parts away to some of my players) is this. In the end the one behind the Red Hand arc is Tchazzar. Considering he is EL 40 how in the hell can I string enough things together to get the characters to an equal level. I have a basic idea to use the other two dragons that are Tiamats favorites but I can't really piece things together enough for what I want to do. So anybody with ideas let me know. Thanks in advance.

Tchazzar is already a red hand of doom. He's CR 40, so he's extremely deadly, and he's a dragon, so whenever he's not busy creating half dragons, because he's extremely horny, he's using his Red Hand of Doom to...

Never mind...:)

My ideas on this was... Divine intervention. I had Hoar decide that as the last of the Untheric Patheon, Unther was his responsibility. So he came up with a plan to unite Unther, and take vengeance against all who harmed Unther. His first order of buisness was to find the appropriate mortal agents (the party). Their first task (once they have proven themselves worthy), is to find the proper tool for his vengeance.

The quest leads them in to finding Shurapak, the former chosen of Gilgeam. Shurapak has been wandering aimlessly since the death of his lord. With the party's aid, Shurapak converts to the worship of Hoar on the promise that he will be able to gain vengeance for his former lord. He then becomes the chosen of Hoar.

Now the party has to help unify Unther, and unite the people under Hoar. This means dealing with the Banites, the army of Mulholond, and Tchazzar's forces. As Tchazzar is the chosen of Tiamat, the slayer of Gilgeam, he becomes Shurapak's primary target. The two chosen wage a titanic battle, with Shurapak winning at the cost of his life.

If everything works out, Unther is now united under Hoar, last of the God Kings. Things stablize some what in the regon, and Hoar goes up a couple divine ranks.
