Hey, everyone I'm putting a campaign together in & around the Steam Reaches - desinged at unifying certain sub-regions, when I stumbled for information concerning the Island / nation of Tharsult. It is located just to the south in the Shining Sea and is shown to have a city (Urbeth) - yet there is no reference in the Campaign Guide ? If you have any resources / info please advise it will be much appreciated.
