12-27-05, 05:39 PM Has anyone else read any of the books in FR series The Fighters? If you haven't, then don't. Just don't. If you hate stories where the main character dies, then stay far, far away. And not just die, but die in completely lame ways that were completely unnecessary. Terrible, terrible endings to both Master of Chains, and Ghostwalker. I have not read any of the others(if they are even out yet) and now I'm not going to, for fear that the main characters of those books will die, too. What is this idiotic idea these authors have that they can kill the hero of the story and expect people to still like it? Pathetic. Neither author of those books will ever get more money from me.
