| Dark Wizard03-24-08, 01:19 AM | This is a thread inspired by: - A few fan-made 4E Core book mockups floating around the WotC boards. - The comments and criticism about the official FR 4E cover mockup using recycled Drizzt art. - Markus making a few 3e style covers for the various projects netbooks on these boards. I decided to have fun with making something more appropriate to the look of the 4E Realms the designers said they were going for. This is all in good fun. I encourage others to join in if they can, just keep it clean and courteous. Image from Stronghold Builder's Guidebook (3e). http://img518.imageshack.us/img518/1685/fr4estrongholdcoverle0.jpg |
| Rinonalyrna Fathomlin03-24-08, 12:31 PM | Well, the cover certainly has enough floating towers! That is highly appropriate.:P |
| MarkusTay6303-24-08, 04:08 PM | Where did you get the original cover from DW? If I can my hands on a high-res copy of the original, I can bang out a few tonight. :D In fact... I already have two in mind... |
| Dark Wizard03-24-08, 11:43 PM | Where did you get the original cover from DW? If I can my hands on a high-res copy of the original, I can bang out a few tonight. :D In fact... I already have two in mind... I just searched for a preview image of the 4E PHB. I took the biggest one I could find (~400x500 pixels was what I managed to get) and extracted the 4E logo and title bars. I removed the original text, cloned the texture to make it look nice and sloppily added the basic FRCS title and WotC byline (Papyrus was the only font that I had which looks close to the official ones). The lines of the logo and title were a piece of cake to extract since they're all straight lines. It works decent enough and gets the point/look across. Tell me if you find something of higher quality. Meanwhile I should get myself a 3e FR cover template. Here's another, this time using a Flying Citadel from Dragonlance. http://img409.imageshack.us/img409/6988/fr4ecitadelbr3.jpg I also originally made one using a hodge-podge of a YES album cover (and pieces of a Starcastle cover). If WotC is serious about that look, they should hire Roger Dean, the artist who creates the YES Covers, if he's available (and feasible) for commissions from a game company. |
| MarkusTay6303-25-08, 01:19 AM | The only thing I can find is this - http://www.wizards.com/global/images/products_dndacc_218287200_lgpic.jpg Which looks nothing at at all like what you have there. EDIT: Nevermind - I just realized you got yours from the PHB. Just looked through all the upcoming stuff on Amazon, and thre's no pic for the FRCG, but there's plenty for the adventures. It seems instead of a logo, we get 'color-coding'. :bored: Our color is deep purplish-brown, and generic D&D is blue (what you used). I wonder what spiffy color Eberron is getting... OH! THATS RIGHT!!!!!! THEY'RE GETTING A LOGO! They don't have to be bother with all the silly colors to find their books on the store shelf. I can tell you right now, god as my witness, I will NOT purchase a single FR book that does not sport an FR logo. Pathfinder, here I come! |
| Dark Wizard03-25-08, 01:38 AM | That is true. The purplish-brown is less eye-catching. Not that the current cover design for 4E Core is all that noticeable either. However, it is easy as hell to create a new cover for, once you have the template and the chosen art piece. I would urge WotC to seriously reconsider cover designs for FR books (and all future setting books). A logo is important for any brand. Unless Eberron overtook FR in the last few months (I wouldn't be too surprised actually), then FR is still the flagship setting franchise for D&D (not counting the pseudo-setting of Core). It deserves its own logo. |
| MarkusTay6303-25-08, 11:14 PM | You know something weird? I don't even remember doing this - it must of been something I 'whippped-up' when the drizzt placeholder cover was first revealed. I saw it in My Pictures folder, and then went back a few months through my Photobucket and there it was! http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y178/MarkusTay/FRCG_Cover.jpg I'll try to have at least one new one up later |
| Yaeri03-26-08, 06:34 PM | http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h22/annemiethijs/4Erealmscover.jpg Am I doing it right? :P (Image googled from here: http://mac.softpedia.com/progScreenshots/World-of-Warcraft-Updater-Screenshot-8823.html) |
| Lord Karsus03-27-08, 12:42 AM | http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h22/annemiethijs/4Erealmscover.jpg Am I doing it right? :P -Oops. The Wizards of the Coast staff, in their haste, forgot to remove the Warcraft tag. :P (Yes, I realize this was intentional, as to poke fun at things.) |
| 18DELTA03-27-08, 12:56 AM | http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h22/annemiethijs/4Erealmscover.jpg Am I doing it right? :P (Image googled from here: http://mac.softpedia.com/progScreenshots/World-of-Warcraft-Updater-Screenshot-8823.html) -Good One!!!:rofl::rofl::rofl: 18DELTA:P |
| Stigger03-27-08, 01:43 AM | *snicker* |
| Yaeri03-27-08, 04:53 AM | That's the new Drizzt by the way. Sexier than ever! I'd say his pet-panther is on the right but I can't spell the critter's name. |
| MarkusTay6303-27-08, 02:38 PM | I like that Drizzt keeps getting younger in each edition - I think he's just a teenager now. Hopefully, by the time 4e rolls around, he'll be a fetus and someone will punch his mother in the stomache. :P |
| Stigger03-27-08, 06:09 PM | That's just mean. |
| Rinonalyrna Fathomlin03-27-08, 07:19 PM | Yeah, I feel a bit guilty laughing at such a horrid fate for Drizzt...as a little lavender-eyed fetus. |
| MarkusTay6303-27-08, 07:27 PM | ...as a little lavender-eyed fetus. As sick as that is, I can just picture it.... On Topic I had a terrific (if I do say so myself) concept for a cover, but I couldn't find the right 'elements' to put together, unfortunely.... It would have been in jest, anyway, nothing serious... It's so hard to find a picture of Rich Baker on the internet. ;) Then again, he's mad at me, so maybe I shouldn't keep 'picking a scab'. :( |
| Lord Karsus03-27-08, 08:16 PM | That's just mean. -I was going to say the same thing, but then I figured MT would get all mad at me and whatever. Good to see I wasn't alone, though. |
| MarkusTay6303-27-08, 08:30 PM | We are talking about punching an evil Drow b___h in the stomach before she gives birth to another dark-Elven abomination. It's not like I'm killing a kitten, here... Yeeeesh... and I thought you'd be on my side this once. :P And BTW, I don't mind arguiing in a thread where we are supposed to be 'discussing' something - I only get bent out of shape when I'm trying to be helpful, and feel like everything I say is getting 'picked apart'. ;) If I'm not being helpful, then by all means, fire away. :D |
| Lord Karsus03-27-08, 11:03 PM | We are talking about punching an evil Drow b___h in the stomach before she gives birth to another dark-Elven abomination. -Yeah, well, still... |
| Stigger03-28-08, 02:15 AM | Not cool hitting a pregnant lady... unless she swings first, in which case, all bets are off, and her arse is getting whupped. :evillaugh And besides, considering some of the things drow are known to couple with during religious ceremonies, you could very well be killing a "kitten-like" thing... :P :D |
| Lord Karsus03-28-08, 02:20 AM | -Bad Stigger. You never hit a girl- especially if she is pregnant- even if she swings first, or not. |
| Stigger03-28-08, 02:29 AM | I'll hit anyone who takes a swing at me... I try my best not to let reason and logic get in the way of my self-preservation instincts. Besides that, if I win, I might get veal out of the deal... :evillaugh :D |
| MarkusTay6303-28-08, 02:35 AM | No one is hitting a girl - we are hitting a demonic entity, with the body of an Elf wrapped in jet-black skin, that would no sooner gut you and dance in your entrails. And she'll probably sacrifice the kid to Lolth, because thats what they do, and thats EXACTLY what Matron Baenre tried to do to Jarlaxle when he was born. You'd be doing the kid a favor, saving him from growing up in that. And besides... it's Drizzt... OMG! I just had a puke-filled moment! Do any of you remember in the eighties there was a trend to 're-do' all the cartoon icons as kids/babies? Like Disney Babies, and Baby Looney Toons, The Flintstone Kids, A pup named Scooby Doo, etc, etc... Can you imagine them doing that in FR? :uh-huh: Baby Drizzt? Little Elminster? Boyshoon? I think I'm gonna hurl... :yuck: |
| Meldread03-28-08, 09:11 AM | -Bad Stigger. You never hit a girl- especially if she is pregnant- even if she swings first, or not. Apparently, LK, you've never met a Drow Woman, especially one who is hyped up on hormones and pregnant after being 'defiled by the touch of the lesser sex and now must bare the price in her womb'. :P Just be glad she didn't cut it out herself and sacrifice it to Lolth while forcing you to watch. ;) Baby Drizzt? Little Elminster? Boyshoon? Baby Drizzt? Yeah I remember those cartoons. I can actually envision Baby Drizzt. He's carrying an over-sized Scimitar that reminds me of one of those Anime Swords, and he has huge gigantic lavender eyes full of tears. :P |

Look at Chibi Karsus. Good ol' Chibi Karsus. Apparently, LK, you've never met a Drow Woman, especially one who is hyped up on hormones and pregnant after being 'defiled by the touch of the lesser sex and now must bare the price in her womb'. :P -I think, if I ever met a Drow, that I should probably see professional help. And, I don't mean adventurers willing to slay said Drow. |

| MarkusTay6303-28-08, 01:45 PM | Now you've got me picturing a baby wearing an Iron mask, dancing around singing "Do you really want to hurt meeeeee..... do you really want to make me cry?" If I had any video-edting talent what-so-ever, I'd grab a clip of the 'Ooga-Chaka' baby, slap a mask on it, and play that song to it, just for laughs. :D http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y178/MarkusTay/46218736_baby14.gif |

| Lord Karsus03-28-08, 11:10 PM | Sickos... -So, uh, what happened to those alternate cover ideas? |

| Dark Wizard03-28-08, 11:45 PM | -Nice photoshopping, but it looks too cartoony. Just like the 4e covers (and artwork) looks too realistic. Just having fun with the inspirations for 4E FR's landscape art direction. What too realistic 4E covers would these be? |
| Lord Karsus03-28-08, 11:49 PM | What too realistic 4E covers would these be? -Take a look at the artwork in the Countdown to the Realms articles, and/or the Moonshae article. The artwork is very nice, but, in my mind, they are too realistic for my tastes. I like nice artwork, but at the same time, I want my art to retain some sembalances of the fact that it's, you know, art. I don't want this art trying to be a photograph, it that makes sense. |
| MarkusTay6303-29-08, 03:11 AM | Its called 'Photorealistic', and there's a big debate as to weather thats art or not. I mean, if you want a picture, why not just take one? I remember when I was younger I had an artbook of the Brothers Hildebrandt, and I remember this once piece that was of a biker - it was amazing! You'd swear it was a photo! There were even reflections in the chrome... But it was in a book of fantasy art, and it pi$$ed me off they wasted a page like that. :D Anyhow, I've been meaning to do another one, but I was working on Halruaa all day (finally finished). I should have one up tomorrow. Too bad my humour concept didn't pan out... Maybe I can still do it without the garbage can..... :thinks: |
| Stigger03-29-08, 09:44 AM | Never liked the Hildebrandts... just something about their work bugged me. DiTirlizzi is more my ideal... although Bradstreet is a close second. |

| Lord Karsus03-29-08, 02:25 PM | i loved the Moonshae article artwork! Some of the best D&D artwork i've seen! -I didn't, so there you go. |
| Dark Wizard03-29-08, 11:02 PM | I see what you mean. At times I like that realistic style. There are still plenty of things about those images that are fantastic (or artsy) and not just trying to look like a photo. To me, what is being illustrated and how the artist chooses to go about it are just as important as how the style looks. One of my favorite artists for genre work is Michael Komarck (http://www.komarckart.com/index.html). I guess that's why I don't see anything wrong with them. I think they look a lot better than most D&D art. |
| MarkusTay6303-29-08, 11:20 PM | Anything is better then this - http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/ue_gallery/49899.jpghttp://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/ue_gallery/49900.jpg Not only is it butt-ugly, but the composition looks like it was thrown together by my six year old... with a crayon... |
| Morholdt03-30-08, 12:21 AM | I don't know who did it, but the character portrait art in the video game, 'Icewind Dale' was just phenominal. Whoever did those watercolours should be hired to do the book covers. http://www.rpgamer.com/games/ad_d/icewind2/art/iw2art02.jpg |
| Lord Karsus03-30-08, 02:05 AM | -I like Lockwood. :) |

| Stigger03-30-08, 06:22 PM | Funnily, I liked the ones from IWD 1 more, even if I didn't really care for the game all that much. |

| Rinonalyrna Fathomlin03-30-08, 08:20 PM | Funnily, I liked the ones from IWD 1 more, even if I didn't really care for the game all that much. I actually have to agree with you on that--I loved the IWD1 portraits the most, although I did also love the game. Still, the IWD2 portraits are great, too. |
| MarkusTay6303-30-08, 11:37 PM | The artist for the above IWD pics was Jason Manely - he does alot of concept art, and he's very good (moody). You know, I never played any of the computer games, so I had no idea how beautiful some of the art is! I found two sites so far with really great art, but I'm still lookng for stuff from the original Icewind Dale game. Lovely Scenery... http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/NWN2/Concepts/0106_loc_NWN2-neverwinter-nights-2-preview-017.jpg Maybe the 4e team IS onto something with the whole 'fantastic Landscapes' theme for FR... And I just had to post this guy, because he's so gosh-darn pretty. :P http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/NWN2/Concepts/0001_cre_1263Atari_Cre_HornDevil_01.jpg |
| Morholdt03-30-08, 11:48 PM | Yeah, it's surprising how good some of it was. In order of goodness: 1) Icewind Dale 1 and 2: beautiful, beautiful art. Very evocative of a cold northern land. Googling this artwork is well worth it if you like nice portraits for your characters. What I like most about them is that there are some excellent pictures of non-supermodel characters in realistic gear. 2) Baldur's Gate 2: Some portraits were very nice indeed - others so-so 3) Baldur's Gate: Throne of Bhaal: I didn't really like these ones. They were very cartoony. 4) Baldur's Gate 1: some decent pics in there 5) Neverwinter Nights: I don't really remember. That might be telling ... |
| msatran03-31-08, 02:59 AM | All I have to say is this: Somewhere, out there, there has to be someone who just puts up Alternate FR covers with a link and above it are the words... Not Work Safe :) |
| Stigger03-31-08, 11:25 AM | NWN portraits were pretty forgettable ultimately... some decent fan-made ones out there though. |
| Rinonalyrna Fathomlin03-31-08, 01:29 PM | Lovely Scenery... http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/NWN2/Concepts/0106_loc_NWN2-neverwinter-nights-2-preview-017.jpg Maybe the 4e team IS onto something with the whole 'fantastic Landscapes' theme for FR... That was actually concept art for Neverwinter Nights 2. |
| MarkusTay6303-31-08, 05:55 PM | So, is that massive city the new Baldur's gate? |
| Lord Karsus03-31-08, 08:44 PM | So, is that massive city the new Baldur's gate? -Presumably, since it's art from Neverwinter Nights, that's Neverwinter. The 'Neverwinter symbol' on the guard standing there lends creedence to that. |
| MarkusTay6304-01-08, 02:15 AM | Alternate Cover, because you asked for it. http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y178/MarkusTay/NewCover2-1.jpg There were a bunch more Draconians along the bottom, but they got cut out. :( I could redo it, and have the castle partially blocking the logo (3D effect), and that would give me a little more on the bottom, but its more work then its worth. |
| Khaelieth04-01-08, 11:08 AM | That's excellent! |
| Rinonalyrna Fathomlin04-01-08, 12:57 PM | -Presumably, since it's art from Neverwinter Nights, that's Neverwinter. The 'Neverwinter symbol' on the guard standing there lends creedence to that. Correct, it's supposed to be Neverwinter. :) And Markus, that picture was created before anyone (sans WotC) knew about a "new Baldur's Gate".:) In fact, given the change in editions, I'm wondering how long NWN2 is even going to be officially supported, as it uses the soon to be outdated 3.5 rules. |
| Lord Karsus04-01-08, 03:40 PM | In fact, given the change in editions, I'm wondering how long NWN2 is even going to be officially supported, as it uses the soon to be outdated 3.5 rules. -All that stuff is handled by...Blizzard (They were the ones who produced the game, right?), so, that entirely depends on what they want to so. |
| Alediran04-01-08, 03:49 PM | -All that stuff is handled by...Blizzard (They were the ones who produced the game, right?), so, that entirely depends on what they want to so. Blizzard created Diablo, Warcraft and Starcraft. Obsidian made NWN 2 and SW: KotOR 2. Bioware created the Aurora engine that is used in NWN, KotOR, The Witcher and a couple other games, Bioware also made Baldur's Gate I & II. |
| Lord Karsus04-01-08, 04:30 PM | -Yeah, Bioware and Obsidian. There you go. |
| MarkusTay6304-01-08, 04:42 PM | NWN has nothing to do with Bizzard. In fact, Blizzard has NEVER done any D&D games. You are thinking of Bioware. Strangely, the only collaberation on the part of Blizard and WotC was to produce a few P&P RPG products together under the Diablo license. WotC has nothing to do with the Warcraft P&P RPG, because it is D20 and open-source/3rd party (SRD). So, no comment on the book cover, which is what this thread is supposed to be about? |
| Alediran04-01-08, 05:07 PM | Warcraft D20 is made by White Wolf's Fantasy division: Sword & Sorcery. |
| MarkusTay6304-01-08, 05:37 PM | Well, my point was that WotC had nothing to do with it - White Wolf would be the licencee with that Blizzard IP. The only 'joint venture' they did was the Diablo stuff. I think they had a falling out when at some point because one of Blizzard's games (WoW?) was supposed to use the D&D system, but then they changed their mind and came up with their own. Don't quote me on that, but I remember reading something like 10 years ago when WoW was still in its early development. Which I suppose means that WotC has NEVER collabporated with Blizzard - that would have been TSR back then. Besides, WW did a bang-up job converting the WoW world to P&P, so I'm glad WotC has nothing to do with it. |
| Rinonalyrna Fathomlin04-01-08, 07:27 PM | -All that stuff is handled by...Blizzard (They were the ones who produced the game, right?), so, that entirely depends on what they want to so. Obsidian.:) My point is that when new games are made, they use the latest edition of the rules (at least, as far as I know). Also, I hung out on the Bioware boards for a long time, and in that time I've learned that WotC does have quite a lot to do with any official products that their licensee creates. For example, Bioware had a premium module program for NWN1 going, and the first few modules made were non-FR. Apparently, WotC then stepped in and said that any future premium modules that got made had to use the FR setting. And that's only one of several examples I can think of--WotC isn't very hands-off with video games at all. I'm not optimistic enough to think that WotC would want to promote 3E/3.5E rules in licensed games once their new rules come out. |
| dav04-01-08, 09:48 PM | The artist for the above IWD pics was Jason Manely - he does alot of concept art, and he's very good (moody). Justin Sweet (http://www.justinsweet.com/) did a lot of the IWD and IWD2 art as well. |
| MarkusTay6304-01-08, 10:57 PM | Obsidian.:) I'm not optimistic enough to think that WotC would want to promote 3E/3.5E rules in licensed games once their new rules come out.At first I thought that they might have a problem with getting developers behindthe new rules, especially if they already have something at least 50% complete or so. But then , I thought, with todays games, 99% of the game is video renders, which aren't effected at all be the mechanics. And to be honest, from what little I know of it, the 4e system looks far simpler to implement in code. I have a feeling all new D&D games will most certainly be with the 4e rules. So I guess I shouldn't bother with any more covers, huh? Since no one seems to give a rats a__ about them anyway, and this thread has gone way off topic. :( |
| LumTheMad04-01-08, 11:46 PM | If it absolutely, unavoidably has to be Drizzt then I would prefer this one: http://img512.imageshack.us/img512/8200/frcsuw3.jpg Seriously, I hope they will use another cover. |
| Lord Karsus04-02-08, 12:31 AM | I'm not optimistic enough to think that WotC would want to promote 3E/3.5E rules in licensed games once their new rules come out. -Hey, if it makes them money...Remember, they still give out the license for internet companies to sell 2e PDFs, so... If it absolutely, unavoidably has to be Drizzt then I would prefer this one: -That's not even Drizzt. |
| LumTheMad04-02-08, 12:37 AM | -That's not even Drizzt. Then it must be another dark elf with a panther on his side. Stupid me. |
| Lord Karsus04-02-08, 12:58 AM | Then it must be another dark elf with a panther on his side. Stupid me. -Do you see a panther? 'Cause I don't. |
| MarkusTay6304-02-08, 01:04 AM | I don't remember where its from, but that pic does NOT appear on the cover of any of the WotSQ novels. |
| Lord Karsus04-02-08, 01:05 AM | I don't remember where its from, but that pic does NOT appear on the cover of any of the WotSQ novels. -No, no it does not. At first glance, I was thinking that that was Ryld Argith. |
| MarkusTay6304-02-08, 01:11 AM | Found it (http://fleetinghopes.net/v-web/gallery/Brom-Works/Dritz) - Its Drizzt alright, and it's by Brom, but I still don't know what product it was for (and it seems so familiar). He keeps getting younger and Younger - the newest anthology series has him looking about 14! http://images.barnesandnoble.com/images/24470000/24473269.jpg |
| LumTheMad04-02-08, 01:15 AM | -Do you see a panther? 'Cause I don't. http://img520.imageshack.us/img520/7338/dems2.jpg Take a closer look. |
| Lord Karsus04-02-08, 01:18 AM | -So, which one is Drizzt? We have about nineteen different versions of him. My favorite is the one with the helmet. Gotta love that one. |
| MarkusTay6304-02-08, 01:19 AM | I think Brom needs some painting lessons... You mean those barely-visible eyes in that inky-blacknes in the lower left? I think is just a pair of bio-luminescent scarab beetles, myself. :P Do you know what product that for ? Its driving me nutz! |
| LumTheMad04-02-08, 01:39 AM | I think Brom needs some painting lessons... I couldn't disagree more. Do you know what product that for ? Its driving me nutz! No. Actually I don't think that it has been made for a cover. At least I have never seen this picture on the net with some cover-additions (like a title) on it. |
| MarkusTay6304-02-08, 03:32 AM | You know what! I remember now! It was the cover of a Dragon Magazine #279! You remember those, right? Made of paper, filled with great articles, made by Paizo...? I wonder whatever happened with that. :bored: Anyway, it doesn't actually name him (the insert), but it says FR fans should be able to figure out who he is by his twin scimitars and giant feline companion. And yes, in the mag, I can clearly make at Guen next to him. :) http://www.pen-paper.net/images/rpgmags/dra279.jpg |

| Rinonalyrna Fathomlin04-02-08, 01:55 PM | -Hey, if it makes them money...Remember, they still give out the license for internet companies to sell 2e PDFs, so... Perhaps. Thing is, though, I can't imagine that any new game made about the FR Realms would use, for example, 2E rules, even if some developers out there loved those rules really wanted to create a game that implemented them. Of course, at the same time I believe one should never say "never". |

Of course, at the same time I believe one should never say "never". -Well, as long as Obsidian has the license, they should be able to do whatever they want to do. One final game, using the 3e ruleset, could theoretically be developed and released shortly after the 4e ruleset is released, as one final push for money. I see what you mean, though. I originally wasn't thinking in terms like that. |

I originally wasn't thinking in terms like that. Indeed. Another example of how controlling WotC can be with video games--any content created for the game (new skills, new feats, new PrCs) has to be approved by WotC. I wouldn't be surprised if there was "one final push" with the 3.5 rules, though. |
| Lord Karsus04-02-08, 03:18 PM | I wouldn't be surprised if there was "one final push" with the 3.5 rules, though. -Well, given that it's already April, and the new rules are due out in June/July, that leaves them very little time, in my estimation. |
| Rinonalyrna Fathomlin04-02-08, 03:24 PM | Indeed. And a 4E Realms video game would almost certainly take place in the new Realms.:( |

| MarkusTay6304-02-08, 03:54 PM | You know... THAT makes a whole lotta sense! (Yeah... I said 'lotta'... wanna make somthin' of it? :P ) I just KNOW (in my heart) that BG was changed for the Video Games (after all, the new games need a bigger environment to happen in). Now look at other super-popular fantasy-genre Video games; FF, Zelda, SoM. The games move back in fourth in the timeline, and have very little to do with each other! They've not only managed to give the authors a 'tabla rasa' to write in, but they've wiped the slate clean for the Video-game franchise! BOTH of which are far more lucrative to Hasbro then P&P D&D. More proof that we P&P gamers don't matter. :( |

| Stigger04-03-08, 07:59 AM | I got chased by San Francisco Wharf Rats once... wouldn't surprise me if they spurted flames from their nostrils on most days. |
